Welcome back, I hope you enjoyed episode one and are excited to listen to all the great content we will be covering.

In today’s episode I wanted to introduce myself and explain my story of how I got into Coaching and why I do it.

In this episode, I talk about "my story", who I am as a person, who I am as a coach and I how I came to work in this industry.

I talk about my own struggles with my health and wellbeing, discussing my previously poor relationship with food, exercise and my menstrual cycle, and explain how this lived experience inspired me to change the way "health" is coached.

Content warning: Eating disorders and disordered eating is discussed.
